What to expect
Honest framing — Dibs! is a one-person research project, not a SaaS with a 9-figure ops budget. The numbers below are best-effort targets, not contractual SLAs.
- Alert latency: most alerts dispatch within 1-2 hours of the underlying trade; the pipeline targets <6 hours end-to-end. Pipeline issues, Polymarket API outages, and maintenance windows can extend this.
- Alert volume: depends on relevant trading appearing on Polymarket. Quiet weeks: 1-3 alerts. Busy weeks: 10+. We don't promise a specific count per day, week, or month — the signal rarity is the feature.
- Uptime: dispatch runs 24/7 with monitoring + auto-recovery. Best-effort target: 99% over rolling 30-day windows. Brief gaps during deploys, infrastructure issues, or upstream outages are normal and don't extend your subscription.
- Quality > cadence: we'd rather skip a marginal alert than dilute the signal. If a week is quiet, that's the math working.
