Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 April 2026
These terms govern your use of the Dibs! alerts subscription (the “Service”). The Service is operated by MARK STUART SWORN FIE, an Estonian sole trader (Estonian Commercial Register number 16893336) trading as Dibs! (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. What you’re paying for
A subscription to the Dibs! private Telegram channel — forensic alerts on Polymarket trading activity as they fire, plus access to any web tooling that ships under dibs.horse with the same access tier.
2. Pricing and billing
€5 per month, all-in. Stripe Tax handles VAT inclusively for EU customers (the price you see is the price you pay regardless of country). Billing recurs monthly on the date you originally subscribed and continues until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
Cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal (link sent in your welcome email and accessible at any future invoice email). Your access continues to the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then ends. No question asked, no retention call.
4. Refunds
The Service is digital content delivered immediately on payment. In the EU you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; by clicking “subscribe” you acknowledge that the Service starts immediately and accept that this withdrawal right does not apply to digital content delivered with your prior express consent. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Cancel any time to stop renewal.
5. Information only — not investment advice
Dibs! alerts are observational signals, not investment recommendations. We surface trading patterns we find interesting based on public on-chain Polymarket data; we make no promise about the accuracy or future profitability of any signal. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or any other kind of professional advice.
6. Acceptable use
The subscription is for one user. Don’t share your channel access with others, scrape or relay alerts elsewhere, or attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying signal pipeline. We reserve the right to terminate access (with refund of any pre-paid unused portion) for breach of these terms.
7. Service availability and best-effort targets
Dibs! is a one-person research operation. The following are best-effort targets, not contractual service-level agreements. We will not be liable for missing them.
- Alert latency: most alerts dispatch within 1-2 hours of the underlying on-chain trade. End-to-end pipeline (data refresh, scoring, gate filters, Telegram send) targets <6 hours.
- Alert volume: depends entirely on relevant trading activity appearing on Polymarket. Some weeks may produce only 1-3 alerts; others 10+. No specific volume per day, week, or month is promised or implied.
- Uptime: the dispatch pipeline runs 24/7 with monitoring and automatic recovery. Best-effort target: 99% over rolling 30-day windows. Brief interruptions during deploys, infrastructure incidents, or upstream API outages (Polymarket / Anthropic / Telegram / Google Cloud) are normal and do not extend your subscription term.
Missed alerts are not re-delivered. If a serious issue prevents the Service from operating for an extended period we’ll communicate via the alerts channel and may issue partial refunds at our discretion.
8. Personal data
We collect the minimum needed to operate the subscription:
- Email address (collected by Stripe at checkout, held by us for service operation and account recovery).
- Telegram user ID and username (collected by our bot when you claim channel access; used to grant + revoke access).
- Payment data is held by Stripe under their privacy policy; we never see your full card details.
We don’t sell or share this data with third parties beyond our payment processor (Stripe) and our hosting providers. EU/UK GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) apply — email [email protected] to exercise them.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising from the Service is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. We are not liable for any trading losses you incur, whether or not those trades were related to alerts received via the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via Telegram before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
Estonian law governs these terms. Disputes that can’t be resolved amicably go to the courts of Estonia. EU consumers retain access to their local consumer-dispute mechanisms.
